Primary Goals for Children and Objectives of the Program

01. Provide a safe environment.

02. Provide developmentally age-appropriate activities that incorporate person-centered learning.

03. Promote early learning skills and independence.

04. Build on self-control, self-dignity, self-respect, self-esteem, and confidence through learning.

05. Implement functional learning skills with all curricular activities.

06. Collaborate with families on individual action plans.

07. Provide family support and community resources to improve communication and parental effectiveness when appropriate.

08. Offer recreational and leisure activities to support the development of each child.

09. Help children to reach their full potential in social/emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development.

10. Encourage children to develop a love for learning and the ability to know how to learn.
